The talent selection process offers you the opportunity to discuss the project with up to 5 experts. Selecting the appropriate match will be your decision, rather than being overwhelmed with choosing the best price bid over the best skilled talent through traditional pitching methods.

Our ADB policy (Anti-Discrimination behavior) ascertains always that we are supporting the talent work profile, not gender, nationality or color. The same applies for project owners. This way we can ensure that everyone on the platform is treated with fairness, equality and granted a fair chance in a work environment that values only commitment, professionalism and skill level. Both the talent and the project owner are granted an ID by tod-Z that only shows work and productivity related information. Using these IDs, all users can communicate through the platform.

For proper time management, you will be able to set milestones for your project on the platform. You can send comments and approvals per milestone on the platform to optimize productivity and efficiency.

For smooth communication, we offer you a project management built in tool which will make your communication simple, monitored and documented, avoiding any miscommunication or email clutter.

Our payment process guarantees the rights of all parties involved. Mango Pay, our payment partner gateway, are responsible for securing all the payments (check Mango Pay terms for more details). We use escrow accounts to guarantee that the payment will only be released to the talent after the milestones agreed upon approvals.

Our project invoices are all inclusive to the platform and talent service fees. The project owner gets to select the talent with an hourly rate that covers the platform service fee as well, making the total project cost an all-inclusive project budget.
