The first step is for the talent to register, creating an account on tod-Z marketplace through our free and easy to use registration process.

ASSESSMENT PROCESS
Each talent goes through 4 stages of assessment. Upon completion of all stages, the talent profile will then be visible and available for hiring on tod-Z marketplace.

TALENT AVAILABILITY
Talents who successfully complete the assessment process will be available on tod-Z marketplace after acquiring their todder ID from the platform administration. Every talent has to be accurate and specific when providing their time availability to work on tod-Z projects during sign up, this will help with their selection on projects.

FREE PROJECT OWNER SIGN UP
Project owners will start by signing up on tod-Z marketplace and selecting the sector of their business industry in order to be able to choose the suitable caliber after creating their project.

CREATING A PROJECT
Project owners will be able to create the project which they seek to hire talent for. It is of paramount importance that project owners are very specific with the requirements and criteria they provide; this helps optimize their chances of getting talent that perfectly match their needs when they reach the talent selection step.

TALENT SELECTION
Unlike the traditional pitching process, at tod-Z the project owner gets the chance to pitch up to 5 talent and select the talent that best suits the project requirements with the assistance of our talent pitching tool.

SECURED PAYMENT
Our escrow account payment system guarantees and secures payments for all parties involved. Payments get released according to approvals provided from talent and project owners, whether on the whole project or per milestone, depending on the project duration.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT TOOL
tod-Z has a built-in project managment tool through which talent and project owners conduct all their communications. The tool provides several services, including monitoring the communications between the talent and the project owners to avoid miscommunication, assigning milestones for the project, monitoring the productivity of the talent, assigning tasks, document sharing and chatting. The tool features are very helpful and efficient in providing all the necessary communication options within the platform. Communications conducted out of this tool discards the rights of escalations for both parties in case of disputes.
